Dr. T. Jayaprakash Rao is the Director of A.J. Institute of Management (AJIM), a renowned name in the field of Management Education. His specialized knowledge is ranging from Human Resource Management to Marketing to Cost and Management Accounting to Business Mathematics. He has served as Professor and Head of the Department of Commerce and Management for nearly 25 years at Shree Gokarnanatheshwara College, Mangalore. He is the recognized guide for MBA programme of Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi and Karnataka Open University, Mysore. He has taken up minor research projects of UGC, New Delhi and guiding 5 Doctoral researchers and 8 M.Phil scholars of different Universities.
