Resolved to introduce quality enhancement initiatives and to provide an orientation to faculty and students on the same Course File System, Student Progress Tracker and Application of Rubrics for Formative Assessment. | Quality enhancement initiatives such as Course File System, Student Progress Tracker and Application of Rubrics for Formative Assessment are introduced. To familiarise on such initiatives, a one-day orientation programme on the implementation was conducted for the benefit of all faculty. In the Mentor-Mentee interaction, mentors also highlighted the importance of student progress tracker to their respective students. |

Strengthen Outreach Programme | Institute has been selected under Flagship Programme of Government of India-Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA) to conduct survey and other extension activities. Accordingly, Institute has adopted 5 villages of Mulki and have conducted surveys to identify challenges faced in these villages and have submitted the responses to UBA portal. Organized a Workshop on Waste management and Terrace Gardening in association with Horticulture Department, Mangalore and Elixir club for the benefit of General public on 12.03.2022. Institute have also signed a MOU with JCI for the conduct of Outreach programme. |

Resolved to advice placement officer to focus more on competence level and confidence building activities particularly during COVID. It is also advised to develop tie-ups with the industry for the conduct of training session. | Many offline/Online aptitude sessions were conducted using Indiabix.com to enhance competency level of students. Online session was also conducted on Interview skills by Prof. Joe Ashwin Correa, Assistant Professor, Poornaprajna Institute of Management, Udupi. Development of multi-purpose small hall | As per the suggestion of members a multi-purpose 35×35 sq. foot was newly developed which can be used for the sports activities as well as focused workshops. The small hall was provided with all ICT facilities. |

Conduct of Inter-collegiate competition to encourage the local art form Yakshagana | A UG level Inter-collegiate Yakshagana competition- YAKSHAKALOTSAVA was organized on 19th February 2020. The winning team was honoured with a cash prize of Rs. 10000 along with the trophy, runner up teams was felicitated with the cash prize of Rs 5000 along with the trophy. However, as a mark of appreciation of the efforts of the students all the participating teams were honoured of Rs. 3000 each. |

Fire Safety Measures | A comprehensive fire safety measure was taken including the construction of permanent cement structure for storing 10,000 litres of water in support of fire safety. |
Enhancement of Intake | The Institute got the permission for additional batch 3rd batch from AICTE, New Delhi and admissions are under way. |
Management Fest Training | In-depth training was given to students as a result students won 7 overall championships and 2 runners-up championship including 91 individual event prizes in different level management fest. |
Programmes on the themes connected with social values | · Students were taken to a orphanage with a charity contribution of Rs. 12,000 · A contribution of Rs. 60,000 was made in cash and charity to the flood victims · A field survey was conducted in association with NITTE University and Pennsylvania USA. |
SAP and Computer training | SAP and EXCEL programming classes were conducted by CAST, Mangalore and about 35 and 60 students attended the programmes respectively. |

Green campus initiatives including Vermi composting and solar energy | Two students – Vivek K. P and Shreyesta are pursuing their project work on waste management though vermi composting technology. It was also planned for conduct of one day workshop during Feb-March 2018, if not possible to oraganise during III/I semester likewise it was also resolved to request the management to initiate solar energy project in the campus considering the expenditure on power consumption. |

Proceedings and Resolution
1 | The resolution passed in the previous meeting held on 21st November, 2016 was presented by IQAC Coordinator. |
Resolved to approve the resolutions with unanimous decision to give thrust on the current issues and developments in the economy while conducting all curricular and Co-curricular activities of the term – 4/2 semester. | |
2 | The members appreciated the efforts of the Institute in conducting Institution funded social surveys and suggested to have the same on the issues such as demonetization, cashless economy and other environmental issues. Resolved to conduct at least two social surveys (maximum 4 on the social centric issues discussed). |
3 | Various subjects / topics including the issues national importance, young India, Environmental related matters etc. were discussed at length likewise the members to suggested to conduct the National Conference during the revision holidays of under graduate colleges to ensure the maximum participation from UG colleges. |

7. | To encourage students to participate more and more in management fests. | Our students represented the Institute in our 16 national level management fest conducted by PG & Engineering colleges and won prizes in 10 such participates. Accordingly a show case was built at entrance to exhibit the winning trophies. |
8. | To follow Swach Bharat Abhiyaan in spirit resolved to establish vermi culture unit at Institute campus. | At conspicuous place within the campus a vermi culture unit was established at a cost of Rs. 1,50,000/- and production of manure is in progress. |
